We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Electronic Instruments & Machine board technician with a strong manufacturing background to join a multi-award-winning skincare business.

Working hours: 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday; 7.30am - 1.30pm Friday

**The Role**

Manage manning for all machinery across the day shift operation, covering any leave with additional staff to ensure relevant production targets are met

Supervising and coordinating the work of production teams to meet targets and deadlines

Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement

Implementing quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality

Communicating with cross-functional teams to address issues and optimise workflows

Providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to production team members

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities

Ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for all employees

Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment

Please note:
Pay: $58,549.04 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
