**Total Tools Taren Point**is looking for a **Full-Time Store Manager**, with a **strong sales focus and a drive to treat the business as their own**. Whether you're an experienced Store Manager or a high-performing Assistant Manager ready for your next challenge, this is your opportunity to lead within a growing and diverse business.

**Tools experience is not essential** - we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, proven retail sales success, and the ability to motivate and lead a team to perform at their best. You will be responsible for influencing and motivating your team to provide high-quality customer service, with a belief developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of your team is critical to success. You will take full accountability for retail fundamentals, including outstanding customer service, reporting, store analytics, promotions, and merchandising standards. This will see you deliver sales targets and other KPIs, while creating a productive, and safe work environment.

**What will you be doing?**
- Coaching and developing your team’s knowledge, skills, and behaviours to ensure a successful store culture
- Ensuring the health and safety of all team members, customers, and contractors within the store
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers, and offering solutions as required
- Developing a high-performance team, capable of delivering sales targets and KPIs

**Does this sound like you?**
- Experience as a **Store Manager** or **Assistant Manager** in a retail environment
- Proven **retail sales success** - you know how to close a deal and lead a team to do the same
- A passion for leadership and team development
- A “get it done” attitude - self-motivated, driven, and ready to go above and beyond
- A strong customer service focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, within a fast-paced team environment
- A creative approach to Visual Merchandising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An eye for detail, with a desire to drive strong financial results
- A self-motivated, self-starter, with the ability to demonstrate initiative
- Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must
- Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
