
Business Development Officer

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and well-connected Marketing Officer to drive both international and domestic student recruitment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with education agents both locally and internationally.
- Explore and identify new opportunities to promote the college and its programs in various markets.
- Create and implement innovative marketing strategies to support ongoing growth and development.
- Achieve student enrolment targets for designated markets.
- Exhibit high-level verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking and the ability to create and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
- Manage and update social media and online recruitment platforms.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant experience in the vocational training and international education sectors.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English (required)
- Proficiency in South American/Latin American dialects (Spanish, Portuguese), OR Mandarin Chinese (highly preferred).
- Proven success in prospecting, targeting, and securing new clients.
- Strong consultation and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
