**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example, demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer interactions.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their growth and development.

**What You'll Bring**:

- **2 years minimum experience as a barista and cafe management**:

- **Ability to work weekends (this is a must)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,015.36 - $75,617.99 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)
- Management: 2 years (required)
