**What are we looking for?**

**General Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide first point of contact and reception duties, including answering the phone, greeting and checking in visitors
- Ensure general cleanliness of our Kelmscott office including front reception, kitchen, general areas, and spare offices
- Manage the admin inbox and responding or directing enquiries to the relevant person
- Build strong relationships with referrers, participants, families and staff
- Assist with intake of new referrals
- Create and maintain client and new staff files
- Assist with onboarding of new clients
- Assist with resolving discrepancies and missing information
- Provide support in facilitating group activities throughout the week
- Conduct marketing duties, such as making phone calls, managing social media accounts and crafting newsletters to be distributed to referrers

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (if you don’t have this already, you may do this after applying)
- Experience working in a reception or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or disability support setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain workflow in a flexible and fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
