**Salary**: $65,000-$75,000 + super

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the front of house team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
- Oversee daily operations including reservations, service flow, and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with OH&S and food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and management to maintain smooth operations
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and warmth
- Monitor and report on front of house KPIs and financial performance

What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- A passion for customer service and community engagement
- RSA certification (essential); barista or bartending experience a plus
- Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
