Our Kelmscott branch delivers General X-ray, Dental/OPG, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Doppler, FNA Biopsy, Fluoroscopy and Interventional Radiology to a well-established base of patients and referrers.

**About the role**

As a Medical Imaging Assistant, you will be responsible for patient care prior to, during and after the procedure, in particular assisting in the MRI & CT departments. The majority of your work will be clinical with a small amount of administrative duties. Some of your many and varied duties will include:

- Assisting with the positioning of patients during procedures and patient transfers
- Assisting the Technical staff member during clinical procedures, including cannulating patients (intravenous cannulation) and patient process
- Acting as a chaperone during Ultrasound examinations when required
- Cleaning procedure rooms including change of linen
- Stock control
- Administrative duties as required

This role is Part Time, working 30 hours per fortnight currently worked as Monday & Tuesday 7.5 hours per day. Your flexibility is key as start and finish times will be variable, operation hours are during and outside of standard business hours for some of our modalities such as MRI.
