**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an** Outback Product Manager**to join our team supporting the **South Brisbane region**. Our Outback team in Queensland focus on being experts in our Patio product range and work closely with Stratco authorised dealers to build our brand and product network in Qld.

This full time position involves working between our head office in Ormeau, on-road with dealers & in our retail stores.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ability to multitask and maintain results while travelling and setting own hours
- Identifying and developing new customers and Stratco authorised Dealer networks
- Ensure monthly targets are met through relationship building with customers
- Preparation of project quotes and sales proposals
- Providing sales training and development to other team members
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- ** Desirable** - experience in business to business & business to consumer sales
- ** Desirable**- experience working in building or manufacturing industry
- ** Desirable -** experience and passion for training
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
- Reliable, highly organised, autonomous & able to multitask
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
