**Risk Management / Corporate Sales Leader**

In this role, you will be responsible for generating business in the Risk Management and Corporate space.

You will develop and maintain strong and effective networks and relationships to nurture prospect and understand their risk requirements so you can effectively demonstrate the advantages of our solutions to meet the prospects needs

In addition you will lead and coach a team of sales executives in the Corporate and Commercial space, and make sure they meet their own personal and financial goals and compliance requirements.

**We will count on you to**:

- Proactively identify and covert Risk Management and Corporate sized new business growth opportunities and with the support of speciality experts, maximize MMCs growth potential.
- Cultivate senior executive relationships in prospects (CEO, CFO etc.)
- Manage prospect pipeline, maintaining regular communications with all prospects and efficiently move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Ensure the company CRM and sales funnel and M360 systems are up to date at all times.
- Develop a full understanding of MMC’s suite of service offerings, and demonstrate effectively the advantages of any or all of our solutions to meet the client’s needs,
- Lead the development and delivery of proposals and presentations to prospects to articulate our understanding of the risks in their business, and how our solutions and services can address these.
- As team leader, coach and motivate a Corporate & Commercial sales team to prospect their own opportunity pipeline, ensuring a disciplined approach to selling is maintained.
- Inspire the team to reach their own personal and professional goals, and maximise their VCP.
- Day to day management of the team including Workday, training, end of year processes and leave commitments. Strictly adhere to the Company's Client First Principles, policies and procedures to protect Marsh’s AFSL, and ensure that all direct reports do so as well.
- Manage internal relationships across the organization and leadership matrix, and report to relevant state business leaders and geographies on sales strategies, sales performance and pipelines, and offer relevant market sales insights
- Maintain the critical talent pool in your state and makes significant recruitment and talent decisions

**What you need to have**:

- Proven senior risk sales experience in the Corporate and ASX listed space
- Leadership or coaching experience, and demonstrated commitment to D&I initiatives
- Admission as a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker by the National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia
- An inclusive leadership mindset
- Negotiating and Influencing skills.
