Position: Real Estate Experienced Sales (Vietnamese Speaking)

Job Summary:
AusPacific is seeking an experienced sales professional fluent in Vietnamese to join our team as a Real Estate Experienced Salesperson. In this role, you will engage with both local and foreign purchasers. While a real estate license is not required for this position, prior sales experience in the real estate industry is essential. We offer a competitive salary package with commission-based incentives, to be discussed during the interview.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential buyers, providing comprehensive information - about available properties.
- Conduct property presentations and address inquiries or concerns.
- Manage client relationships throughout the sales process, offering support.
- Negotiate purchase terms, prices, and contractual agreements.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and financing options.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties.
- Work with team members to ensure smooth transactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience in real estate, working with both local and foreign purchasers.
- Fluent in Vietnamese, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Customer-oriented approach and strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Salary Package + Commission:
The salary package for this position, along with commission-based incentives, will be discussed during the interview process. We provide competitive compensation based on experience, qualifications, and market standards.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
