The Role:

As a real estate agent within the OBrien Network, you’ll receive continuous sales training and listing support while working alongside a fantastic team of sales agents and property managers. Your day-to-day activities will include:

- Client prospecting for potential sellers

- Conducting property appraisals

- Listing properties for sale

- Processing buyer enquiries

- Conducting pre-settlement inspections and bank valuations

- Following up on pre and post appraisals

- Networking for new business opportunities

- Conducting open for inspections

- Managing a CRM database

Required Experience:

- Completion of the Agents Representative Course is a must

- Current or previous real estate sales experience is preferred

- Experience in generating leads and managing multiple sales initiatives

- Knowledge of CRM systems (AgentBox, RP Data) and proficiency with various computer systems

Skills & Competencies:
