Elite Real Estate is the leading real estate agency in Melbourne CBD with four street-front offices on Elizabeth street, Spencer street, Russell street and A’beckett street which located easy to access by public transportation. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, vibrant, reliable,and organised Sales Representative to join our friendly and supportive team.

**Qualifications / Identifications**
- Driver Licence
- Police check
- Real estate certificate (essential)
- Australia work permit visa (essential)

**What do you do?**
- listing property and managing sell perperty
- Client prospecting & Database management.
- Gathering market intelligence & advising clients on market conditions.
- Listing properties for sale & conducting Open For Inspections.
- Handling prospective buyer enquiries.
- Pre-settlement inspections, bank valuations. (this can be managed by the support team)
- Pre & post appraisals follow up.
- Developing and nurturing a strong market presence in the local area and social medias.
- Creating genuine relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Acting with integrity and honesty in all dealings.

**Work schedule**:
9:30 am to 6:00 pm (Included 50 min unpaid lunch and short break)

5 days per week ( 4 days in weekdays and Saturday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $41,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
