Joondalup Resort is looking for some casuals Front Office Guest Service Agents to assist for a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week.

Duties include:

- Welcoming resort guests
- Responsible for guest check in and check out
- General front office duties
- Switchboard operation
- Responsible for reservation
- Process and confirm reservations for both individuals and groups
- Handling queries from in-house and external guests
- Cash handling
- Processing of wedding and group payments
- Assisting guests with luggage

To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Excellent customer service to exceed guests needs, expectations and enhance guest satisfaction
- Good communication skills and a high level attention to detail
- Available to do shift hours

Knowledge of Front Office operations would be an advantage, although training will be provided.
