Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading dynamic hospitality teams? Joondalup Resort is seeking a dedicated **Food and Beverage Supervisor** to support our Hospitality operations in a stunning natural setting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff across restaurant, bar, and event operations
- Ensure smooth daily service and uphold Joondalup Resort’s standards of excellence
- Assist with staff training, rostering, and performance feedback
- Manage guest enquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to improve service delivery

**About You**
- At least 1-2 years’ experience as a Food and Beverage attendant in a similar environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for customer service and team development
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to work standing for long periods of time
- Physically capable of assisting with furniture movement and event setup as required
- Work in other outlets when required.
- RSA certification and knowledge of WA liquor licensing regulations
- Approved Manager card
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- First Aid certificate will be advantageous

Pay: $29.88 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
