Pro Shop Attendant

Joondalup Resort is a complete leisure, corporate and tourism venue in the northern suburbs of Perth, with award winning facilities both on and off the golf course.

We are currently looking for a Pro Shop attendant to join our team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide the best customer service experience for our members and guests
- Assist in sales, customer service and merchandise training
- Work with the Proshop Manager and team to constantly improve the retail operation, driving sales and increased profits

**Position specifications**:

- Prior experience with MiClub booking system preferred
- Experience in the sale of sporting goods advantageous
- Good knowledge of and passion for the game of Golf
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of basic computer programs
- Ability to work unsupervised
