**Your new company**
This position will be part of the Strategy service area within this not-for-profit business and will be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager of the division with strategic planning, enterprise reporting and data insights, enrolments and student demographics and other strategic projects.

**Your new role**
- Enterprise Reporting and Performance Measures
- Collaborate with stakeholder
- Perform primary and secondary research
- Mange and maintain the development of routine reports
- Engage in data governance and cleansing initiatives.
- Enrolment and student demographic data.
- Forecast enrolment and Demographic data
- Support the development of the enrolment growth strategy
- Help drive strategic improvements
- Mange the regulatory data collections
- Strategic Planning
- Work closely with performance and improvement leaders to support strategic objectives
- Manage internal and external reporting
- Strategic Projects
- Support the strategy team on projects

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Studies, Economics or Finance.
- Strong statistical and business analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy and within the context of CE.
- Strong experience in working with business intelligence tools, such as PowerBI.
- Proven financial and business acumen, financial planning/analysis skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite especially MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with schools and other stakeholders.
- Understanding of project management principles and ability to manage small projects independently.
- Previous experience in a strategy function, will be an advantage.
- Ability to align to the values of Catholic Education during the course of work and while interacting with all stakeholders.
