**The role**

Being an Analyst at Palladium is your entry to a fulfilling and exciting career in the International Development industry. Our Analysts learn the key foundations of winning and delivering international and humanitarian aid projects in key areas of education, infrastructure, economic growth, employment and skills, natural capital and human development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support consulting engagements as required through the completion of research, analysis, finance and administrative tasks.
- Support business development activities including undertaking market and competitor research, coordinate bid activities and contribute to bid writing.
- Understand, monitor and report on progress against project deliverables and inputs across the project lifecycle.
- Undertake project budget and financial reporting, and monitoring of cost, budgets and expenditure.
- Support the maintenance of accurate business data on corporate databases and systems.
- Contribute to and support the quality assurance of programs.
- Assist with the identification and management of project risk, supporting its identification, reporting, management and mitigation.
- Assist in the production of high-quality reports, strategy documents, and presentations for clients.
- Understand and comply with safety and security instruction and reporting.
- Develop client and stakeholder relationships across your assignments and maintain professional, respectful and effective relationships with your colleagues.
- Participate in and contribute to other APAC Corporate priorities and initiatives as required.

**About you**

With a passion for the International Development sector, you will have the ability to adapt to ever-changing and fast-paced situations. With financial and commercial acumen, you are highly proficient in MS Excel and have the ability to build long-standing relationships and work collaboratively in teams and with clients.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior research and analytical skills.
- Strong networking and partnership management skills.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines, with multiple / simultaneous projects, and across time-zone challenges.
- Well organised and high attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations throughout the APAC region.
