As the Test Analyst, you will come with proven work history and appropriate skills in delivering testing and quality assurance-related tasks for ICT projects.

The Test Analyst will work with respective teams to analyse requirements, design test plans and test cases, conduct test execution, manage defects, and collaborate with stakeholders.

**DUTIES INCLUDE***:

- Work across multiple projects as either the sole representative or with other Test Analysts, and be accountable for providing various testing services as per the need
- Analyse all available information to design Test Cases that adequately cover system and end-user needs, specified requirements, and design documentation.
- Contribute to Test Plans and Test Strategies which add value and provide a solid foundation for managing all testing tasks for the assigned project.
- Conduct Test Case execution and results analysis and entry. Raise and manage defects.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work openly and transparently in completing tasks and resolving blockers.
- Provide Quality Assurance tasks such as to peer review documentation, conducting static testing for requirements elicitation, contributing to design decisions, and participating in pre-release testing tasks for POCs and Prototypes
- Assist in general team-related duties such as investigating production issues, collaborating with Business, and contribute to ongoing improvements.
- Thoroughly plan work and contribute to existing plans using the methods applied by the assigned projects and Test Team.
- Participate in meetings such as for Projects, Test Team, and stakeholders including Business representatives, other teams, and external/Vendors.
- Build sustaining relationships with all stakeholders and facilitate knowledge-gaining and transfer

**Essential criteria**
- Minimum of 3+ years working as a Test Analyst in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, test planning and design, execution of manual and automated tests, and developing testing-related artifacts (including test policy, strategies and procedures) in an agile testing environment.
- Proficiency in designing and conducting tests for one or more of the following:

- Commercial software, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and HP Content Manager
- Relational Databases Management Systems (Oracle and SQL)
- Competency with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and related technologies
- Prior experience working with both traditional and agile project delivery methodologies
- Proven skills testing in the User Interface layer, and preferably with both or one of the following: Web Services, Database
- Test design and execution skills which extend beyond end user such as with System Integration, Infrastructure, and in the headless layers
- Ability to assist in User Acceptance Testing such as to resolve testing issues, prepare test data, communicate with Business representatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both formally and informally
