**Your new role**
The Department is seeking the services of an experienced Test Analyst resource to work with the CTO Change Program to deliver key elements of a project. Your role as the test analyst will to be responsible for ensuring consistency in test disciplines and will establish, govern and uphold test frameworks, standards and procedures. This opportunity requires not only experience and knowledge of testing methodologies and activities, but also the ability to quickly develop knowledge of the existing processes and technologies.

The Test Analyst should ideally have experience and / or knowledge of:

- Python Software Development
- Linux Operating Systems
- Ansible or equivalent “infrastructure as code” technologies
- Automated Testing Processes
- DevOps Automation Practices
- Continuous Integration Systems
- Continuous Delivery Systems
- Agile methodologies
- IP Protocols
- IaaS and PaaS technologies

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role we require:

- At least 3-5 years experience in business system and technical testing roles
- Demonstrated experience with developing testing strategies and plans for complex business systems
- Experience with leading functional and acceptance testing teams
- Experience in testing Electronic forms
- Experience in assisting and guiding end users perform UAT
- Experience with leading functional and acceptance testing teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
