We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Accom Noosa and Noosa International Resort team as a Front Office Receptionist. In this customer-facing role in a fast paced office, you also will provide support and assistance to the wider Accom Noosa team and management. Your focus will be servicing our guests and ensuring they leave Noosa wanting to return

The Person

You will be someone able to prioritise your workload to achieve daily outcomes whilst also working as part of a close team. You will bring to the role:

- Proven ability to deliver fantastic customer service
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues
- Great local knowledge that can be put to use assisting our guests
- Experience in the hospitality or accommodation industries
- Team orientated but also able to work autonomously
- Excellent time management skills
- The successful applicant must be available to work shifts 8.30am to 6pm weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Experience in the use of reservations booking systems (Hirum) is advantageous
- A current valid drivers licence
- A bubbly personality and 'can do' attitude
- Must currently live in the Noosa Area

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noosa Heads, QLD 4567: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
