**In this role**:
You will support Operational Technology integration project focussing on the upcoming Western Sydney Airport.

In this once in a lifetime opportunity you will join a dynamic team of passionate and skilled colleagues, who are aiming towards making a positive difference to this prestigious projects.

You would be responsible for providing a range of project management and support services, including managing schedules, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology.

You would be supporting the team in managing the finances and running the governance meetings.

You would be communicating with key stakeholders and coordinating working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.

You possess project management skills and experience ideally in a complex technical delivery environment.

You are an autonomous operator who is highly motivated and committed.

You have excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise competing demands, achieve business goals within tight deadlines, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.

You possess a growth mindset and are committed to continuous learning and personal development.
