Executive Support Officer, Aboriginal and Torres

**Key Responsibilities include**:
- On behalf of the Service Director, and within level of authority, research, liaise, facilitate, direct, negotiate and request information, responses and / or seek resolutions from Senior Managers, Executive Directors and other Health Service Staff across multi-faceted issues as required, to ensure the efficient management and coordination of Executive services for SCHHS.
- Provide high level and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Service Director. This includes liaison with senior management groups on behalf of the Service Director, maintaining effective communication channels with various stakeholders and key clients, along with developing reports including spreadsheets and power point presentations relating to the Service Director.
- Work collaboratively with and provide assistance to senior executive officers and other team members as requested and to continuously improve the Service Director's offices and systems.
