**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Deliver a range of evidence-based interventions in a culturally safe, clinically competent, professional and effective manner including the provision of case management, care coordination, health assessment, cultural considerations within treatment plans, direct therapeutic interventions, referrals and cultural support.
