**Your new role**

As Works Delivery Leader your focus will be to deliver safe, quality and efficient programme of works covering field operations including substations, construction, electrical maintenance and overhead lines work. Working within the works delivery and field operations teams, these roles are pivotal to deliver safe, quality and efficient work activities.

Leading a team in a complex environment, your day will see you out in the field as well as working from the office. Safety, continuous improvement, team member upskilling and development, compliance, works coordination, meeting financial targets and managing KPI’s, team management and more These exceptional roles provide an all-round focus of managing teams within a collaborative and high performing environment.

**What you'll need to succeed**

With experience managing teams in a complex environment, you are adept at leading change and have a very strong focus on maintaining positive cultural environments. An excellent communicator, your background also includes:

- Tertiary qualification in engineering or business discipline
- Electrical Trade Qualification (required for some roles)
- Experience from within the mining or heavy industrial industries
- Strong leadership and management experience with large trade or technical teams
- Excellent organisational and computer skills
- Continuous improvement
- Supply chain management and works scheduling
- Safety focus and experience in high risk work environments.

You must be able to pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. A current clear police check is also required.
