**Your new role**

As Works Delivery Manager you will develop and prepare safe and efficient packages of work in order to meet customer and business outcomes. Managing the workflow between management, schedulers, field operations, team leaders and senior trades people, this role will see you utilising your exceptional communication and organisation skills in a busy environment. You will provide technical support, assist in coordinating fault responses during emergency events, develop and manage KPI’s, manage risk, undertake planning negotiations and manage outages, and provide financial oversight to ensure costs are within budget.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Holding a Certificate IV in Leadership or Project Management, you also have an electrical licence or are a trade qualified electrical lines person. You have experience managing teams in a complex environment, are a strategic thinker and have an understanding of electricity distribution or transmission. You are a strong business leader and have a proven ability to drive performance. An effective communicator, you can multi-task, effectively plan and schedule work and have a strong focus on safety.

You must be able to pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. A current clear police check is also required.
