**The Commercial Graduate Program**

The Commercial Graduate Program is a 3-year rotational program allowing you to gain broad and valuable exposure to the wider McCain business. Beginning your journey in our HR Team, you will join as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator providing critical support to internal stakeholders in bringing the best talent into the business. Throughout the program you will have diverse career streams to choose from whilst simultaneously being involved in our world class development programs to build your skills for the future.

**What does your first rotation look like?**

As a Commercial Graduate in the Talent Team, you will:

- Coordinate and lead end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse range of business functions
- Support on-boarding of new employees through drafting contracts, organising medical and reference checks, and collecting visa/identification documents
- Gather, track and report on data relating to vacancies, spend, and interviews

**About You**
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia/New Zealand
- A recent Bachelor’s or Master's Degree graduate, or currently in final six months of study
- Willingness to relocate
- Curious mindset seeking a rewarding Career
