**The Program**
This structured rotational program is designed to support and develop your skills, build your knowledge and provide relevant experience to get your career off to a flying start. It begins with a
**$5,000 bursary** in your final year of study and the opportunity to participate in key Nufarm events including the Nufarm Commercial Conference and Technical Symposium.
Once your studies are complete you will be offered a permanent contract which commences with a 12-month rotational graduate program where you will have exposure to multiple areas of the business. The program is designed to deliver:
- Clear meaningful work
- Learning through on-the-job development to build relevant skills and knowledge
- Developing networks and influencing skills to create your future success
- Increased challenge as your confidence grows
- Both regional and metro on-location working opportunities
Ultimately the program is designed to lead to a rewarding and satisfying permanent position within the Nufarm team where you can continue to grow and develop your skills and experience.
**The Person**
We are searching for an ambitious and self-motivated student with a passion for agriculture and supporting growers as they strive for production efficiencies. Nufarm prides themselves in building relationships based on trust and respect and are looking for people with the same values to join the team. The right person will:
- Be studying a relevant degree; Agricultural Science, Rural Science or Agribusiness will be highly regarded
- Have a passion and commitment for production agriculture, plant science and/or agronomy
- Be focused on striving for the best and be prepared to dig deep to get there
- Have a team orientated approach and enjoy working with people
- Be able to think creatively, be open to continued learning and prepared to “back yourself”
