The Role

We are seeking a Graduate Lawyer (or soon-to-be graduate) to join our growing team and undertake supervised legal practice in Victoria. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new and agile practice, where you will work directly with experienced practitioners and gain hands-on exposure to complex, high value matters from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of drafting legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and provide supervised written advice
  • Attend client meetings and liaise with stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of matters in capital raising, property, commercial transactions, and Indigenous law
  • Contribute to the firm's quality and ongoing development in system administration.

About You

You are:

  • A law graduate (or in your final year of study) eligible to undertake supervised legal practice in Victoria
  • A strong communicator with excellent drafting and research skills
  • Highly motivated, organised and able to work independently
  • Interested in start-ups, business, and commercial law
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
