A rare and exciting opportunity has become available with this private company to step into Commercial Property.

This role is ideal for a Property Graduate or those with one to two years property experience, wanting the opportunity to work directly for a Landlord.

This position will work alongside a small family team and be trained in all aspects of their portfolio and commercial property management.

The office is a lovely one in a great location and the business prides itself an providing exceptional customer service to their tenants. The properties are very well maintained and located throughout Melbourne - predominantely Bayside and CBD.

The company's portfolio is made up of office and retail predominantly.

Leading from the top, this close-knit team share the mutual values of personalised service, honesty and excellence that underpin every facet of their business operation.

As a Property Graduate, you will assist in the management of a very clean and well looked after portfolio with long standing tenants. Site visits as well as lease negotiations and meeting compliance standards will all form part of this role.

This position is offered on a full time basis, however four days will be considered for the successful candidate.

An astute understanding / education of the commercial legislation as well as a good head for finance, will ensure your success.

This role is ideal for those ready to start their career, with a great opportunity or step up after one or two years experience.
