**Job Description**:
Colliers People & Performance team is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our national People & Performance team. This is a new position that has been created due to growth in our business and team.
As a People & Performance team we’re focused on supporting the business to create a seamless people experience across the operational employee lifecycle, as well as partnering to deliver tailored advice and solutions. Your responsibility will include:
- Providing trusted advice and a focus on executing employee relations matters.
- Partnering with business leaders and being accountable for our People and Performance goals being achieved in those areas. This includes performance, remuneration and reward, engagement planning and coaching managers to increase their capability.
- Driving a team and company focus on engagement and talent strategy, and workforce analytics and insights for your area.
- Proactively collaborating with Business Leaders & People Managers to elevate employee experience through employee engagement, retention and culture initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated hands on experience as a HR Adviser, Officer or Junior HRBP
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR preferred
- Sound generalist HR operational experience including management of ER issues
- A keen interest in Talent and Engagement strategy
- Project Management experience are desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
