**Your opportunity**:
This role is pivotal in supporting the operational functions of our Information Technology Applications team across a variety of Enterprise Applications, with a strong focus on the Salesforce product stack.

Being an operationally focussed role, you will place high importance on ensuring the Enterprise Applications you are responsible for are highly availability, perform in alignment with defined KPI’s and are maintained in accordance with quality and security expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Confidently manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user accounts, data storage, system performance, and license management.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support internal and external reporting needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance, and change management procedures.
- Own and contribute to service management functions including Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalogue Management.
- Collaborate on broader service strategy and transition activities such as Release and Deployment Management, Service Validation, and Capacity Management.
- Mentor peers, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support our Enterprise Applications users in realising the best business value from our systems

**About you**:

- **Certifications**: Expert certifications relevant to technical field or supporting processes (Salesforce Administrator, COBIT, ITIL, PRINCE2, CCNA, MSCE, etc) would be advantageous.
- **Salesforce Expertise**: Demonstrated hands-on Salesforce product knowledge and sound experience with administration including implementing configuration changes and maintaining technical documentation and a proactive attitude toward platform enhancements and adoption
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: A strategic, customer-focused mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
- **Integrity & Authenticity**: Demonstrates integrity, authenticity, and a respect for diverse perspectives in all aspects of work.
