**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a **comprehensive change management strategy** for Office 365 Copilot adoption.
- Identify **key stakeholders** and create tailored communication and training plans.
- Conduct **impact assessments** to analyze how Copilot will affect workflows, productivity, and collaboration.
- Lead **engagement sessions, workshops, and training programs** to drive user adoption and awareness.
- Collaborate with **IT, HR, and leadership teams** to ensure a seamless transition.
- Establish **metrics and KPIs** to measure adoption rates and business impact.
- Develop **support materials, FAQs, and self-service resources** for employees.
- Address resistance and provide solutions to mitigate risks associated with AI adoption.
- Keep up to date with **Microsoft 365 updates and best practices** to optimize the use of Copilot.
- Ensure **compliance, security, and governance** related to Copilot deployment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **large-scale enterprise change initiatives**.
- Familiarity with **Microsoft 365 administration and AI-driven tools**.
- Background in **digital transformation and organizational development**.

**Essential Requirements**
- ** Proven experience in change management** related to technology adoption, preferably in Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of **Office 365, Microsoft Copilot, and AI-driven workplace solutions**.
- ** Prosci, ITIL, or similar change management certification** is a plus.
- Excellent **communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management** skills.
- Experience developing **training programs, instructional content, and engagement strategies**.
- Ability to **analyze data and measure success metrics** for technology adoption.
- Familiarity with **compliance, governance, and security principles** within Microsoft 365.
- Strong **problem-solving and project management** skills.
