A great opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Investments team as a Remediation Manager on 6-7 month contract.

You will oversee Investments Remediation initiatives to identify and resolve customer issues or deficiencies with policy administration processes. Key to this role will be your ability to analyse complex data and drive process improvement. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, you will define remediation methodologies and approaches, whilst providing a high level of operational and implementation support as you deliver solutions to streamline our customer experience.

- Strong experience in business analysis, ideally within financial services operations or policy administration domain
- Project management and financial remediation experience
- Knowledge of financial modelling, operational, management information, data analysis, operational risk and reporting systems
- Solid understanding of Australian financial services industry and regulatory landscape, ideally Investment savings, annuity and pension products and life insurance
- An analytical and process mindset with the ability to work in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
