Project Manager – Remedial Construction

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 + Super + Benefits

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in remedial construction? Our client, a well-established and respected remedial builder, is looking for a driven Project Manager to join their team and deliver high-quality projects across Sydney.

About the Role:

As Project Manager, you will oversee and deliver a portfolio of remedial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and budget requirements are met. You will play a pivotal role in client management while providing leadership and support to site teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- End-to-end project management of remedial construction projects

- Overseeing budgets, schedules, and compliance

- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

- Leading and mentoring site managers and site teams

- Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service

- Reporting to senior management on project performance

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- ✔ Proven experience as a Project Manager within the remedial sector

- ✔ A trade background – carpentry qualification highly regarded

- ✔ Strong knowledge of remedial construction methods and building compliance

- ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

- ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and safety standards
