**Overview**

Leading global bank is looking for a Manager, Remediation to join their high performing Line 1 team in the Wealth Management division. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of remediation activities across the business, including remediation strategy, resource planning, frameworks, methodology, reporting and implementation.

**Desired experience**
- Demonstrated end-to-end Remediation experience in a Banking or Wealth Management organisation i.e., superannuation
- Previous experience developing methodologies and recording them across a vast number of stakeholders
- This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can plan, conduct and execute remediations - including scoping, developing methodologies, interacting with regulators, and doing calculations
- Hold relevant Tertiary qualifications such as Law, Finance or Commerce
- Knowledge of IDPS
- Produce quantitative and qualitative understandings and reporting on remediation matters.
- Good level of judgement with the ability to influence at both a junior and senior level
- Extensive stakeholder management skills & ability to liaise & present to senior management, including running monthly remediation forums and working up to Board level
- Mentor and coach junior members in the team
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbally
