Job Description

**The Role**:
The **Production Administrator** provides administrative support to the Production Manager/Supervisor and overall support and assistance to the production team and functionality of the floor.

Tasks include:

- Data collection/data entry
- Recording/reporting and replenishing stock.
- Providing daily yields reports and downtime analysis
- Allocating raw materials
- Raising NCR’s as required

You will report to the Production Manager, and you will be a reliable employee capable of fulfilling the tasks of the position.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

- Sound computer skills in Excel and Word
- Understanding of a FMCG production processes
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience using Promptu and ileader would be desirable
- Good maths skills around calculation of yields etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizing ability
