Courtyard by Marriott North Ryde is looking for a **Assistant Front Office Manager **to join their Front Office team on a** full time basis.**
**About the role**
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Office department and the hotel, acting as the management representative for the hotel to ensure complete guest and patron satisfaction
- Thoroughly investigate safety, security and emergency matters, guest issues and room and account discrepancies
- Assist the Front Office Manager in training staff according to the Courtyard standards of front office
- Coach, lead and mentor associates to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere
- Drive Front Office KPI’s such as upselling and loyalty enrolments
**What we are looking for**
- Previous Front Office experience in a Supervisor or Manager position within a hotel environment
- Experience with OPERA property management system is highly desirable
- Excellent time management, managerial and organizational skills
- Full Driver's Licence required
- Hold a First Aid Certificate
- Flexible availability including weekends, public holidays and overnights
- Permanent resident or unlimited working rights in Australia
