We are a specialist boutique HR advertising and communications agency. With 30+ years of continuous operation in employer branding, Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development and recruitment marketing in the APAC region, we are here to meet the ever-changing needs of employers in creating content and communications strategies to attract and retain the very best talent.
Working with local and international brands, we invest a little of ourselves in every project and we are looking for an experienced Media Planner/Buyer to join our passionate team.
We currently work from home on Friday’s and some of our employees also choose to work from home on other days as well. We’re flexible that way.
**So what are we looking for?**
We’re looking for an experienced Media Planner/Buyer who is ready to hit the ground running. You like to have a bit of fun, but also know we are here to get the job done.
While we’re in re-build mode, having survived COVID-19, you, along with our Head of Client Solutions, are our client service team. So you’ll need to be confident in taking full ownership of our clients media channel solutions, have an exceptional work ethic and be happy to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Having said that, if we continue to grow like we have been, you’ll soon have an AE by your side.
As you’ll be mostly running your own show, we need someone who has sharp talents, solid experience and is loves being client-facing when it comes to discussing challenges and presenting solutions. It can get hectic at times, so the ability to be well organised and manage competing priorities and deadlines like a champion is a must.

- Manage website development projects with our Head of Client Solutions
- Meet with media and other providers to understand recruitment specific platforms, products and relevance eg LinkedIn, Indeed, SEEK, Work180, niche international job boards
- Undertake client liaison, communication and presentations - face-to-face or virtual
**Qualifications and experience**
- Relevant degree/qualification
- Experience gained from agency, media or client-side
- Exceptional client relationship building skills
- Strategic thinking to develop effective, results-driven marketing solutions
