**About the Role**:
We’re offering a full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically minded professional to join our **Merchandising - Planning team as an Assistant Planner**. This role is ideal for someone ready to grow their career in retail planning, with structured training and support from experienced mentors.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Support category planning and strategy execution.
- Manage inventory forecasts and vendor orders.
- Conduct analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Buyers and Planners to optimise product ranges.
- Maintain data accuracy across planning systems.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in retail planning or allocation (2+ years).
- Advanced Excel skills; D365 experience a plus.
- A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
