**What's the role on offer?**

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Employee Relations Advisor** to join our Brisbane Head Office. This is a specialist, hands-on role where you’ll provide expert advice and manage complex ER/IR matters across a dynamic national workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise leaders on complex ER/IR matters, grievance resolution, and performance management
- Lead and support workplace investigations, ensuring procedural fairness and compliance
- Build ER capability across the business through coaching and training
- Manage compliance and support new processes for the business.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in ER policies and practices

**Who we are looking for**:

- Degree in HR, Law, Industrial Relations or related field
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a dedicated ER role, ideally in a regulated or unionised environment
- Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and enterprise bargaining frameworks
- Proven experience managing investigations, disputes, and complex workplace issues
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels
- Discretion, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills
