Optimal Medication Solutions, provides Medication Management Services to Residential Care Facilities and community clients within Western Australia and we are located at Myaree - WA 6154. We have recently invested significantly in our facilities, and we are growing. Excellent opportunities now exist for enthusiastic_**, Business Operations Officer**_ to join our team. The positions includes duties such as:

- Management and leadership of production and service delivery team.
- Manage operations by developing and managing work schedules, assigning and monitoring work, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational challenges, maintaining reference manuals and implementing new procedures.
- Ensure that all services are delivered safely, efficiently and to 100% of specifications and compliance.
- Provide leadership by ensuring team members understand performance targets and goals and that team members are properly trained and inducted for their roles.
- Establish an environment that encourages continuous improvement and quality outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant to customer service management
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety standards and protocol adherence
- Relevant degree or equivalent work experience

Benefits on Offer:

- Salary from $75k to $85k + Sup.
