**THE ROLE**
As part of our diverse team based in **Adelaide**, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.
This position requires a heavy focus on providing high quality customer service and operates in a fast paced, high volume and deadline driven environment. Reporting to the Team Leader, the purpose of this role is to provide data entry and administrative support enabling EML to pro-actively manage Workers’ Compensation claims effectively within the legislation.
This will be a **permanent** position commencing **ASAP** based in the **Adelaide CBD** office, with flexibility to work from home.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing the highest standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders in line with EML values
- Accurate and timely data entry and processing of high volumes of invoices and payments
- Payment investigations including benefit over and under payments as required
- Aid internal and external stakeholders regarding payment queries and processes
- Management and resolution of general phone enquiries
- Developing and maintaining a strong working partnership with RTWSA
**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience with book keeping or data entry or similar role
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Experience dealing with invoicing and keying in large amounts of data
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the relevant worker’s compensation legislation and regulations would be advantageous
