**Your new role**

Your new role as Claims Support Officer will include duties not limited to:

- Claims processing in line with Department policy and legislation
- Assist customers with relevant tasks in relation to ongoing claims such as liaising with medical providers, maintaining contact with customers and their representatives
- Archiving and accurate record keeping

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed in this role, you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident and hold a current National Police Clearance. Additional desired skillset includes:

- Experience in interpreting legislation, policies and procedures
- Experiencing in case management
- Experience in building client relationships
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Experience in meeting KPIs
- Ability to learn tasks quickly
- Administration experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
