**Your new company**

This IT Manager role is a great opportunity working for a growing Automotive Finance firm based in North Sydney. It is a financial arm of one of the largest conglomerate focusing on automobiles, auto parts, finance, etc. The primary goal is to increase the vehicle sales of through providing a full spectrum of financial services.

**Your new role**

This individual will manage the setup and progress of IT readiness for launching captive finance business in Australia and develop short, mid and long-term IT operations and strategies, provide direction and oversight to daily IT systems after launching, and ensure alignment across the organization in order to consistently achieve dealer and customer satisfaction.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in enterprise-wide IT planning or IT strategy consulting
- Deep understanding of IT Trend and IT Governance
- Experience in collaboration/communication with head of org. or between organizations
- Skilled in developing reporting materials
- Experience in IT system operation and QA
- Experience with managing and growing a team - people management
