Our client is a wonderful name renowned for the work it does in the community.

They have an opportunity for an Analytics Lead like no other and this role combines technical leadership, project leadership (CRM implementation).

**To be considered, we seek**:

- Strong leader with a proven background in Data - ideally a technical background - and with an understanding of Data Warehousing.
- You have worked specifically before with Fundraising / Campaigns data and understands the various layers and sub-layers that are particular to Fundraising data.
- Strong understanding of visualisation tools - specifically Power BI.
- Experience with various CRMs specifically MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce...
- Proven experience in data migration and leading an implementation of a new CRM, understanding the complexities and processes from both a technical and functional perspective
- You enjoy leading a team and mentoring people to succeed
- You are adept at being that conduit between business and IT - able to be a strong champion of both the requirement and needs of the business, as well as being the technical advocate of all things data.
- Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills
