Talent Insights has recently partnered with one of Australia’s Largest leading Financial Enterprises, and are on the lookout for a People and Analytics Lead

You will get the chance to work with a company that is leading the way in terms of using data to drive a more digital future. You will be part of a continually evolving team, that works collaboratively and uses Data to make a real impact and change.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering strategic insights across the talent and culture of the company. This includes developing analytics models, presenting high quality insight presentations to senior stakeholders and contributing to data governance and workforce problems.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring other team members, managing and leading cross functional teams and responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and other leads/heads of.

**Who the client is looking for?**
- HR Data or People Analytics experience (Desirable)
- Great insights experience - Able to translate data into business solutions and recommendations
- Stakeholder management skills - dealing with a wide range of C level stakeholders.
- Previous experience working with Tier1 clients.
- GCP experience (desirable, not essential)
