About the Role
- Work with, and advocate for clients and assist them to overcome barriers to accessing appropriate services. Work with other professionals in the community to identify and connect clients with services that can address their support needs. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to cross cultural models of practice and resolve complex situations in culturally sensitive ways. Ability to develop working relationships with other key agencies (including government and non-government organisations) to provide stronger and more coordinated health service programming to the local community.
