**About Us**:
Join a dedicated and dynamic team in the NDIS sector, providing quality support and services for our participants. We are seeking a passionate and business-focused Team Lead to drive outcomes and lead a team to excellence. You’ll be working closely with our Team Manager and directly overseeing a team of 3 to ensure operational success, while maintaining a participant-first approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and support a small team of dedicated staff.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to implement strategic goals and initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery for NDIS participants, maintaining compliance and outcomes-focused processes.
- Foster a positive, solution-focused work environment.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and service delivery preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive team performance.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
