**People Services Administrator**
The People Services Administrator role is primarily responsible for ensuring user experience is at the heart of executing of efficient and effective employee lifecyle journeys. Acting as a centralised PCC contact point across DuluxGroup ANZ, the role provides advice, actions employee life cycle activity and delivers business initiatives and PCC programs. This role is also vital in delivering continuous improvement initiatives in each of our lifecycle journeys with a focus on the leader and employee.
**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
Minimum qualifications
- Preference of degree qualification (Business, Commerce, Human Resources, Psychology or related field)
Experience
- Preference for previous business experience, preferably in a Consumer or FMCG business and a developed level of business acumen
- Preference for previous exposure to HR processes and systems.
**Skills, knowledge and specialist expertise**
- Ability to display high level communication skills.
- Ability to priorities
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience using SAP Success Factors would be an advantage.
General Summary of Activities
Administrative Activity
- Provision of advice relating to first level PCC queries regarding policy and processes (relating to things such as Parental Leave, Reward and Recognition process, the Engagement Survey, Our Share and Gap plan)
- Provision of advice, guidance and action on the Performance Management cycle, including performance agreements and performance reviews.
- Quarterly Bonus Letter generation requiring the mail merge of files to generate letters for eligible employees.
- Maintenance of Org structure in HRIS.
- Formatting of monthly automated reports for the broader HR group.
- Processing of invoices for HR related services including purchase order and good receipt actions.
- Facilitate employee lifecycle journeys including accurate electronic documentation.
- Process and advise incoming queries and calls ensuring data accuracy.
- Letter of offer generation for new starters and transfers.
- Administering the Onboarding and Induction activities for new starters.
- Change of condition letter generation to capture changes to salary, job grades etc.
- Parental Leave Application review of eligibility, generation of letter, notification to Occ. Health Nurse, return to work options and consultation with Payroll.
- Statement of Service employment checks resulting in letter generation and/or a telephone call screening.
- Separation Advice notification entered with Separation Checklists administered to line manager.
- Continuous improvement initiatives ensuring that user experience is continued to be enhanced through lifecycle journeys.
