Right now, we are on the search for a **People and Culture **Administrator** to join our team based in** Clayton **on a 10 month fixed term contract.

As a key member of our P&C team, you will quickly become part of an engaged, hardworking, down to earth group, who will welcome you with open arms.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will work closely with the entire P&C team and the broader business to provide a wide range of support throughout the employee life cycle.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- First point of contact for all people and culture related queries.
- Management of our employee contracts and position description process.
- Support our company Work Experience program.
- HRIS implementation support

**ABOUT YOU**

You thrive on ‘being the customers needs’ along with your proactive and flexible approach will make you perfect for this busy and dynamic team.

**To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience, and attributes**:

- Extensive experience as an Administrator - with or with out people and culture knowledge, we would like to hear from you.
- Really strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse workforce, be a strong communicator and display empathy whilst always maintaining confidentiality
- Exceptional attention to detail, as well as planning and organisational skills
- If you have a qualification in Human Resources Management, it would be advantageous but not a necessity
